Teens Make Tabletop Fountains

Friday night eight kids "pooled" their creative resources to construct three tabletop fountains in the library during Teen Nite. Each fountain was constructed with collected rocks and broken marble pieces. Working within the theme "Make A Wave", "Make A Splash" @ your library, READ!, the teens dove into the project head first! The project was made possible with a grant from the PSP Teen Coop which serves school and public libraries in the SW region of Minnesota.  One fountain will live in the library while the other two will be grand prizes in a teen-created contest within the library.
